TRAIN THE TRAINER (2/3 DAYS)
Purpose
This is a generic Train the Trainer course, suitable for trainers from all walks of life. It is designed to provide new and inexperienced trainers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to be able to deliver effective and memorable training courses.
Pre-requisites
No previous experience of training is required, but those with previous IT training delivery experience will also find the course very beneficial and rewarding.
Participants will be expected to contribute to discussions and practical activities within a small group setting. They will have the opportunity to practice their delivery training and receive feedback from a qualified and experienced trainer.
They may also be required to complete some simple pre-course and evening activities.
