SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP VERSION 3.0 (2 DAYS)

Over 12 Million People Worldwide Use This Model

OVERVIEW

Situational Leadership® Version 3.0 is a dynamic, engaging workshop that provides the fundamentals of a time-tested, behavioral model of how to best influence the performance of people. This innovative workshop is pragmatic, flexible and offers the means for learners to begin to impact performance results. The premise of Version 3.0 is that performance levels rarely stay the same. They fluctuate up and down and can make running a successful organization challenging. The workshop addresses this everyday challenge head on and helps leaders where and how to focus to get the best results from their people.

KEY WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

Situational Leadership® Version 3.0 takes participants through a guided process on how to move their people to the next step in growth as well as to correct performance slippage. Knowing how to assess readiness, participants move past the stage of just matching their leadership behavior to readiness levels and gain pragmatic steps to determine where and how to invest their leadership efforts to get maximum performance. Participants learn to use this “alive” system not only to develop their people but to neutralize low performance issues.
